- Base rate ¥80,000 per night (2–8 guests); from the 9th guest, ¥8,000 per guest per night (children 6–12: ¥5,000; under 6: free); cleaning fee ¥8,000 per stay. All prices include tax.

- Credit cards (including JCB), Apple Pay, Link and Japanese card installments, processed by Stripe.
- Payment timing
- At the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
- Service period
- The dates you booked (check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00).
- Cancellation & refunds
- Until 5 days before check-in: free; 4 days to 1 day before: 50% fee; Same day (within 24h of check-in; after 4:00 PM the day before): 100% fee. Refunds go back to the credit card used. Cancel on the My reservations page, or contact us by email or phone.
